You should have pushed the grsync/* code as the top-level
rtnpros-clone/, and not pushed a separate grsync-0.9.1/ directory. So,
your directory should have been:
rtnpros-clone/AUTHORS
                    /autogen.sh
                    /configure
                    /...

Tomorrow, if you get an updated grsync, will you create a new folder?
No. You always sync the upstream with this clone. You could make
branches and work on your branches before merging to the master
branch.
