Hi,

The header looks much nicer now. See if you can remove the light blue
background below the header and above the "Main Page" middle column
section of the page.

I am still not convinced with the box layouts (Contents, Objectives,
Speciality ...). The rectangular boxes look very patchy to me. Can you
try removing the rectangular box, and show the text inside the box
with different font style, color, size, perhaps?
