Hi ,
The changes made by me are ,
 Modified the header,
 colouring has been changed,
 The appearance and the style of tables ,
 Table of contents place and Style.

I will work on 'pre' tag and commit the changes.

The Vbgore skin author has just said not to remove the backlink and has
allowed customization.
