This is a scripting exercise, where we try to convert text markup in
one wiki format to another.

There are some tools available like (but, maybe not comprehensive?):

Universal Wiki Converter:

Ideally, we want it to be from any to any. There may or may not be a
one to one mapper, but, we can try to get as much work done.  I was
thinking of doing it in Perl for its good regex.
