I did a recent deployment on a 40 GB hard disk with 256 MB RAM, and
these were present. I still had to install the rpmfusion keys
manually.

| 2. vsftpd package

This was not installed by default, but, by the time I rebooted and was
setting up the offline repo, I just copied this package from the
external disk.

As discussed on IRC, on such low-end systems, operating on console was
faster. So, I'd suggest we implement the deployment procedure with a
simple Makefile that has different targets, dependencies and rules.

Please read online on how to write a Makefile. Each task will be
implemented as a target in the Makefile. By simply invoking 'make
target' the corresponding task should be executed.
