#001: Create a target check_vsftp in the Makefile, to check if vsftp
is installed on the offline
repo server machine, else, need to install it.

#002: Create a target install_dirs in the Makefile, to create the
respective directories under
/var/ftp/pub. Use variables in the top of the Makefile, for setting
location of source FTP
directory, distro-choice (F10, F11) etc.

#003: Create a six targets in the Makefile, for releases, updates,
rpmfusion free (updates,
releases), non-free (updates, releases), in which you copy the
respective files from external source
repository to the server machine.

#004: Create a target vsftpd_start, to start the VSFTPD server.
