 Collecting enough reviews wont be difficult, you can merge the
twitter feed of @twiview with twitter search to find what people are
saying about he movie. I use twitter search to figure out what is the
response of the movie on first day before buying tickets.

 The algorithm for this would not be that difficult but the storage
capacity required for this will be huge... so the real constraint IMHO
will be infrastructure than the dashboard.
