[dgplug-users] Problem with Open Proxy

Hi All

I am facing a problem with getting connecting into IRC. Whenever I am trying
to get connected with *irc.freenode.net *using XCHAT, I am getting thrown
out because of open proxy on my network. I seem there is a problem with my
Internet Provider but what should I do now , any solutions ?

Below is the error I am receiving -
