The proposal and the subsequent original mail in this thread has some
details about the expectations. A small part which I had kept
explicitly unstated has now also been discussed in the thread. If
indeed you are keen on taking up the project you'd be expected to
understand clearly what is required and communicate regularly about
what you are doing. The program owners have set strict rules about
this. Please adhere to this.

If, you think that you'd not be doing this, please feel free to state
that up front.
