Hi all,

We will have another guest session at 7pm IST on 18th July by R. David Murray.

R. David Murray has been fascinated by computer programming for a long
time, starting at age 15 programing in Basic on one of the very early game
consoles. He worked on IBM Mainframes for the University of Pennsylvania
High Energy Physics Computing Facility in the early days of the Arpanet
(Penn was one of the early connected sites), and moved from there to Unix,
FreeBSD, and Linux (with a short detour into IBM PC assembler programming)
as the computing field evolved. He helped found and was technical lead
for two Internet Service Providers during the heady days of commercial
Internet dialup service, and it was during that time he discovered Python
and fell in love with the language. His first Open Source contributions
were to the Zope framework back when Zope 3 was just getting started.
He started contributing to Python itself in 2008, and gained commit
rights at the 2009 PyCon. In 2010 he picked up the maintenance of
Python's email package, and has been working on improving it ever since.
