Season of KDE 2013 applications have started. Please see

Please note that we are also accepting non-coding projects. I'd love
to see a few more of those this time.

If you are among the people who already have a slot and a mentor
matched up and have confirmed this with me please fill out the
application form anyway and mention that you are already accepted.
