card they force to use Internet Explorer and disable the admit card if  any
other browser is being used. (pointed out by Jit Chowdhury in GLUG-Kolkata
list)

Let me come straight to the point:
GLUG-Kolkata + FSMI + FSFI + FOSSCOM + ILUGC+  ... will be writing a
open letter + petition on the matter.
Please help in drafting the letter and petition.
