[dgplug-users] xkcd standards

When talking at dgplug meeting at Pycon India, somebody suggested
about having different sessions, apart from summer training, but then
Kushal explained how various things were tried in past and how python
fits perfectly rather than conducting sessions on anything else. And
while explaining further he mentioned about standards from the xkcd
