[dgplug-users] Call for Proposals for PyCon Pune 2017

[Aniq Ur Rahman]

I have an image encryption and decryption paper ready with an algorithm and
I'm planning to make a software using python for the same during winters.
Is it possible for me to submit the idea?
Or is anybody willing to develop the software with me, and then we can
submit the proposal?
