Greetings!

It was nice to have met you all at PyCon Pune 2017.

As a follow-up, I have created a new GitHub project, "Operation Blue
Moon" [1], for task management.

I have been using emacs-scrum mode [2] for quite some time, and would
like to try it for our project tasks.

A sample sprint report is available [3].

If you use Emacs, support for Org mode is built-in. Vi(m) users can
try Spacemacs [4].

For project ideas and suggestions, we will have a TODO.org file.
Depending on time and availability, people can pick up tasks, and it
can be moved into the weekly sprints. The sprints are aligned with the
moon calendar.

We can create different categories like Web, Ops, Systems, Hardware
etc. Over a period of time, we can assess how we are doing as a group,
and channel our energies accordingly.

The top-level directory will have the current sprint .org file
(feb-10-2017-feb-27-2017.org, for example).

We will archive these sprint files per year - archives/2017, archives/2018 etc.

The next sprint will start on February 28, 2017 and will go on till
March 11, 2017 (12 days). If you are interested in using the above for
your learning or project tasks, do write to me with the following
details.

* Name
* IRC nickname
* Work per day (wpd - hours/day)
* Project/Tasks
  - Include estimated time for each task.
  - If estimated time is greater than 4 hours, break the task down further.

Regards,

SK
