Hi Vaibhav,
The way you replied to the list (your message on top and the full
history below) is known as top-posting and is discouraged for
communication in a mailing list; A thread quickly becomes very chaotic
if everyone answered emails like that. Please do inline replies instead;
so reduce the history to the relevant lines and comment on them like in
the example below.

That's not very precise, which calendar app are you using (on your phone
or laptop) that you want to subscribe the calendar for?

For most calendar apps (like Lightning in Thunderbird, DavDroid on
Android etc) link [1] is what you're looking for. Add a new calendar and
(select caldav if necessary) and put link [1] in the URL.

I think that link [2] will be used for IPhone calendar, but I'm actually
not sure. If you have difficulties adding the calendar to your app,
please give more specific information about your system and application
you use.
