Are you using F10 ? There is a bug with f10 with the update manager. So first you should manually update your system and this thing will surely be fixed. Second , you will continuously try to face problem with slow speeds as of f10. Even i faced it. I should recommend you to either use f11 or use some different distribution.<br>
