Hi,

I have now pushed a top-level Makefile, toplevel.mk and
endianness/Makefile (950e3bd). Please update the endian-test.c file.

The toplevel.mk now has 'CC=gcc', so if we have to cross-compile the
code examples to ARM (for example), we will only need to change the
same here.

Please merge this to your personal repository clone:
